To be compliant

Dear All,

I am proud because I woke up early this morning as I need to prepare my presentation. Alright I am going to explain an important issue that is titled “How to improve customer satisfaction” and it is related to my activity in ocean import. Well this is the aim, but how to solve it in front of such important people for me now. They will be in 3 almost, but they are my managers actually. Ok, Watson, I have a problem. I probably need to ask to myself what I would like to get from the audience and what I should finalize in such short time I have to present a project. Power point presentation? Anything of this staff? Standing up or sit down?

Ok people I have a lot of question and actually I cannot solve them alone. I need a help, I would show something different than my  usual habit. Who or what can help me?
